We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our OB/GYN team at St. Luke's Health System. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the clinic, including performance evaluations, education, and support to Providers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee clinical team members (RNs and CMAs) and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement performance improvement projects for the service line.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide education and support to staff.
- Collaborate with Providers to ensure seamless clinical operations.
- Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Bachelor's of Nursing Degree.
- 3 years' relevant experience in OB/GYN.
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Previous background in OBGYN.
- Experience in day-to-day clinical operations.
