OR Circulator and Pre-Op RN

MedBridge Development is seeking an experienced OR Circulator and Pre-Op RN to join our team. As an OR Circulator and Pre-Op RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the surgical process, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care throughout their surgical journey.

Estimated Salary: $56-$96 per hour.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills. You will work closely with our experienced medical staff to ensure that patients receive the highest level of care.

• Coordinate activities within the operating room to provide a non-eventful, safe, effective, and timely surgical intervention.
• Assist the surgeon and other medical staff during procedures.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies necessary for surgeries.
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any concerns to the medical team.

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Maintains current RN licensure and BLS certification, ACLS, and PALS (if applicable).
• Has full command of the English language both verbal and written.
• Minimum of one year of experience in peri-operative nursing (preferred but not mandatory) including a thorough working knowledge of surgical and aseptic technique.

• Holidays: Full-time employees receive 8 paid holidays per year. Part-time employees that work 24+ hours/week accrue prorated holidays according to the number of hours regularly worked each week.
• Paid Time Off: Accrual of .076924 hours per hour worked. (4 weeks of PTO per year for full-time employees working 40 hours per week) Accrual rates increase with tenure.
