Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed therapist to join our team at the Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in various settings, and have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Consult with community agencies and organizations to ensure effective collaboration and support for clients.
- Offer crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients.
- Licensure in Kansas through the Behavioral Science Regulatory Board is mandatory.
- A Master's or doctoral degree with licensure is required for this role.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential for this position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for building effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
$52,000 - $62,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
This is an exempt position supervised by the Clinical Director.
