Your role in making a difference:

As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will utilize your expertise to ensure the well-being of our residents. You will oversee the comprehensive management of facility maintenance and grounds in line with our established protocols. Your responsibilities will include delivering and managing care through our Aspire Lifestyle Model, honoring residents and enhancing their quality of life. Additionally, you may assist in transporting residents to local appointments as needed. Your work will encompass various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs. Picture the satisfaction of our residents and staff as you help them achieve their best.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:40 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge in all areas of maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs is required.
