Il candidato selezionato avrà la responsabilità di condurre audit interni approfonditi, garantendo la conformità alle normative aziendali e alle procedure operative. Sarà fondamentale analizzare i processi interni e identificare aree di miglioramento per ottimizzare l'efficienza e ridurre i rischi.
Compiti Principali:
1. Eseguire audit interni su vari dipartimenti per valutare l'efficacia dei controlli e delle procedure.
2. Redigere report dettagliati con raccomandazioni per miglioramenti.
3. Collaborare con i team per implementare le modifiche necessarie e monitorare i progressi.
4. Mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze sulle normative e le best practices del settore.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini.
- Esperienza pregressa in auditing o controllo interno.
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
- Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente.
