About the Role:

We're seeking a Resort Operations Director who can lead our team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establishing and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment where employees are valued and respected.
  • Overseeing food and service quality to ensure consistency across all operational procedures.
  • Achieving financial objectives by creating an annual budget, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Developing and executing strategic business plans that minimize risks and maximize profits in areas such as recruitment, finance, legal, front office, housekeeping, and restaurant operations.
  • Fostering a culture of health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the property.
What We Offer:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Competitive pay + performance-based bonus (paid quarterly) + paid time off after 90 days.
