  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
  • Build relationships with individuals and teammates.
  • Attend special community occasions and fun activities.
  • Transport individuals to appointments or other activities outside the home.
  • Document progress, milestones, and action steps.

Requirements:

  • Patience, good decision-making, and crisis management skills.
  • Prior experience with intense high behaviors, both verbal and physical.
  • Ability to work on a team and be a positive role-model.
  • Computer skills for documentation.
  • 18 years or older.
  • Successful clearance of a criminal background check for licensing requirement.
