Primary Care Physician Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our team in Redmond, Oregon.
About the OpportunityThis is a full-time and permanent position that requires at least 2 years of practice experience. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care in accordance with established clinic protocols, working in both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Examine, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in a primary care setting.
- Provide care that reflects health care cost consciousness and addresses social determinants of health.
- Effectively utilize a team-based care model, leveraging the expertise of all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records of patients and complete documentation in a timely manner.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in primary care medicine.
- Experience working with low-income populations is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including typing and keyboarding abilities.
- Knowledge of health insurance plans is desirable.
- Ability to train and teach staff required.
- Familiarity with standard office policies and procedures is preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CLIA and OSHA standards, is preferred.
- Ability to work with practice management software required.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000 based on national averages and location. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
