As a leader in our care team, you'll provide outstanding primary health care services to a panel of patients, leveraging your expertise to ensure high-quality, affordable care.
You will be available 24/7 for medical and technical questions from clients, staff, and ancillary care providers, ensuring seamless communication and support.
You'll participate in after-hours coverage, collaborating with other clinicians to deliver continuous care.
Actively engage in quality improvement programs, evaluating practice performance metrics to drive excellence.
Adhere to privacy, compliance, and quality standards, upholding regulatory requirements and company policies.
Contribute to the implementation of new health technologies, products, and services that establish Crossover as a leader in employer-based healthcare.
Deliver care at designated clinics during scheduled hours when necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Completion of an ACGME-approved residency program in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Occupational Medicine.
A valid, state-issued medical license for the state where you'll work, active on the date of offer letter signing and first day of work.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Current DEA Registration.
At least 2 years of clinical practice experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department settings.
Current certification or active participation in the exam process leading to certification by a Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine Specialty Board.
Experience providing longitudinal care to a defined panel of patients.
Familiarity with managed healthcare systems, including quality assurance, risk management, and population health programs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Self-assured and results-driven individual with knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations preferred.
$120,000 - $180,000 per year
