Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and upgrade data collection software, PLCs, and plant controls systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Installation and Calibration: Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure accurate and reliable operation.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as Wonderware, Allen-Bradley, and server maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in electrical or electronics technology preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems; experience with Wonderware, Allen-Bradley, and server maintenance; excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Frequent lifting or moving materials up to 50 pounds; regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and grasping.
  • Environmental Conditions: Subject to hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather; medically approved for respirator usage.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Required PPE: Safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes, gloves, and safety vest; additional PPE may be required depending on the task performed.
