Job Summary:

US Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to lead group fitness classes that exceed member expectations. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging class atmosphere, motivating members to reach their fitness goals, and promoting club activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-energy group fitness classes that meet the needs of diverse members
  • Develop and implement effective class plans that promote member engagement and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Collaborate with the Group Fitness team to promote club activities and programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices

Requirements:

  • Nationally recognized group fitness certification from a US Fitness accepted provider or equivalent degree in a related field
  • Specialty certification required (if class requires secondary certification)
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred
