Payroll Processor Job Details:

Looking for a flexible schedule, PeopleShare is seeking a Payroll Processor for one of Allentown's top accounting firms. The ideal candidate will have a background in payroll, check managing, and knowledge within QuickBooks and other relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing checks in and out
  • Payroll experience
  • Account payable and receivable

Requirements:
  • QuickBooks or various accounting software systems and Excel
  • Enters and pays invoices accurately; aware of due date and correctness of invoice
  • Organized and detail oriented
