Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Service Coordinator to play a vital role in our impactful Family Self-Sufficiency Program. This program focuses on empowering low-income families, including those utilizing housing assistance, to enhance their financial stability and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program in accordance with established regulations.
- Develop and maintain individualized action plans for participants, ensuring they receive tailored support.
- Conduct outreach to enroll families in the FSS program, maintaining a consistent caseload.
- Collaborate with community partners to connect participants with necessary resources and services.
- Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing coaching to help them achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate program records and report on outcomes as required.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a degree in social work or a related field, along with relevant experience in case management or program coordination. Familiarity with housing assistance programs and community resources is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential.
