Clinical Liaison Role Overview

At Select Medical, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to play a vital role in helping patients transition to the next level of care. As a Clinical Liaison, you will work closely with referring hospitals and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct clinical assessments of referred patients to determine the best course of care
  • Collaborate with doctors, discharge planners, and families to develop effective discharge plans
  • Travel to referring hospitals to discuss patient care and provide education on Select Medical's services
  • Act as a resource for referring hospitals and healthcare professionals, helping to navigate insurance hurdles and other barriers to discharge
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT) License, or other clinical license
  • Two or more years of experience working at the bedside in a hospital
  • Outgoing personality and exceptional communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ICU experience
  • Sales, marketing, consulting, or customer service experience
