Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN to join our team at Medical City Dallas. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a BSN degree.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience in Acute Care.
