About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Work Zone Safety Supervisor to join our team at AWP Safety. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe execution of our work zone operations and ensuring compliance with Company, Local, State, and Federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of management experience and excellent leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing a staff of 25-50 employees, conducting site visits, and providing feedback to improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent accidents and other safety exposures
  • Manage daily employee issues, including payroll, timekeeping, and customer service
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and hire new employees
  • Foster a culture of safety and quality within the organization
Requirements:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of management experience required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent motivation and organizational skills

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus bonus and company vehicle. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
