Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished Behavioral Training Expert to join our team at QBS, provider of Safety-Care. As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our comprehensive training programs, focusing on behavior change and management. Your extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, combined with your ability to handle high-intensity behavioral challenges, makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing QBS training programs, conducting multi-day training sessions, and interacting with customers and stakeholders. You will also maintain accurate records, submit paperwork in a timely manner, and provide exceptional customer service. With a strong background in behavioral principles and procedures, you will be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customized training programs for clients.
  • Deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote QBS products and services.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in applied behavior analysis or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality training programs and achieving desired outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with some weekend travel required.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
