The role of Associate in Research involves collaborating with research teams and partners to enhance sustainability in agricultural systems. This position focuses on various topics, including the environmental impact of dairy farming, organic material recycling, and regional water management.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyze existing research to contextualize ongoing projects.
    • Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on shared objectives.
    • Facilitate key stakeholder interactions through presentations and meetings.
    • Create and refine communication materials that effectively convey scientific knowledge and research findings.
  • Project Coordination | 25%
    • Organize meetings with external collaborators and manage internal team dynamics to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Assist in project reporting and grant management activities.

    • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to interpret diverse disciplinary literature.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective engagement with colleagues and the public.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in research and communication related to water management or resource recovery.

  • Successful experience in securing grants or fundraising initiatives.
