Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Early Intervention Therapist to join our team at Thrive Behavioral Health. As an Early Intervention Therapist, you will be responsible for providing mental and behavioral health treatment to patients in the school outpatient and off-site programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to patients
  • Conduct assessments, consultations, and crisis interventions as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with treatment team members and other professionals to coordinate services
  • Document service notes and progress reports in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g. psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Experience working with children and families in a mental health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and best practices in early intervention
