Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at PSN Affiliates. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures, focusing on patient care and education.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality diagnostic MRI imaging
  • Identify patient service requirements and establish personal rapport with patients and other stakeholders
  • Ensure operation of radiology equipment, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and inventory management
  • Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing education and training
  • Prepare patients for radiological procedures, minimizing radiation exposure and ensuring patient safety
  • Document patient care services and contribute to team efforts as needed
Requirements
  • Associates Degree of Applied Science
  • Current License from the state of Texas (ARRT) and Texas Medical Board, Basic Life Support
  • 2 years of Hospital or Surgery Center Experience preferred
  • MRI experience required
