The primary duty of the Retail Customer Service Specialist is to work alongside the Operations Supervisor to guarantee outstanding service in every customer interaction, embodying a Customer First approach. Role ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties
- Complete all mandatory training programs set by the company
- Interact with customers on the sales floor to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist in designated Kids Spaces as needed
- Ensure the team consistently meets company standards for training and operational execution
- Address guest concerns, process returns, and apply discounts as appropriate
- Execute cash office tasks in accordance with company guidelines
- Implement a self-audit process aligned with Asset Protection standards
- Maintain effective communication with management at all levels
- Thrive in a dynamic work environment, particularly during weekends and holidays
Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 1 year in retail with customer engagement and 1-2 years in customer service is preferred. Experience in high-volume settings is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
Compensation OverviewThe salary range provided serves as a guideline for compensation for this role. Factors influencing pay include education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data. Adjustments to pay may occur based on market demand, individual skills, location, and other relevant factors.
Salary: $21.50Team members may be eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics and goals.
