Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Diagnosis and Repair: Use your expertise to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to troubleshoot customer concerns, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are satisfied with the work completed and that their vehicles are returned to them in excellent condition.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of all vehicles before and after repair, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Continuing Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve.
  • Skills: Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles, with a strong understanding of complex vehicle systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
