Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive shopping experience, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • 2+ Years of Retail Experience: Required, with a focus on sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
