Minimum Qualifications- Dental Knowledge: Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Customer Service: Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Certifications: Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification (if required under state dental practice acts).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Confidentiality: Ability to protect patient health information (PHI) and maintain data safeguards.
- Dental Experience: 1+ years of experience in a dental setting.
- Dental Software: Experience with Dentrix or other dental software.
- Dental Assisting School: Dental assisting school certification.
