Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to deliver a safe, efficient, and friendly experience to our valued customers while ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facility. You'll also receive comprehensive training in various operational procedures, allowing you to expand your skill set and contribute to different areas of our business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide prompt, courteous service.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and share your ideas with the team.
- Manage traffic flow and pedestrian safety, ensuring vehicles are processed smoothly and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles entering the wash tunnel to ensure safe entry and remove any excess dirt or debris.
- Maintain a clean and organized car wash environment, including restrooms and grounds. You'll be responsible for mopping floors, collecting trash, and keeping vacuum cleaners operational.
- Assist in maintaining clean equipment and tools, promptly reporting any repair needs to the Manager.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service. You'll be the face of Spark Car Wash, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, following instructions while also working independently with a strong sense of time management.
- Meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to identify potential issues quickly and efficiently.
- A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to the growth of our team. We value curiosity and a proactive approach to development.
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- You must have the ability to see details at close range.
- The Customer Service Representative role involves working in various weather conditions and requires flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
