Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Physical Therapist

We offer a premium rate differential and mileage reimbursement for our travel physical therapists.
As a travel physical therapist with BAYADA, you will have the flexibility to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month, visiting patients in Kent and Sussex Counties.
Our team of experienced physical therapists will provide you with the support and resources you need to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of DE.
- Previous home health experience required.
- Must commit to a 13-week assignment and a minimum of 8 shifts per month.
- OASIS experience required; previous HCHB experience preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census.
- Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Compensation:
- Based on experience and type of visit -
- $200 - $212 per Start of Care visit
- $80 – $85 per Routine visit
