Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Driver Merchandiser to join our team at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. As a Driver Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising our products to retail stores in the Beaumont, Texas area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and merchandise products to retail stores in a timely and efficient manner
  • Check accuracy and stability of the load
  • Communicate with other company employees, customers, and shoppers
  • Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
  • Pick up company property and secure company assets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
  • Able to successfully complete a driver's road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
  • Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
  • Minimum 1-year of general work experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
  • Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
  • Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
  • Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
