We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at Omni Inclusive. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and commercializing new wearable diabetes care products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot electrical circuits that include motors, sensors, batteries, microcontrollers, RF, analog, and digital components.
  • Design test fixtures and create schematic and layout designs using Altium Designer.
  • Support integration activities with other teams, including Firmware, Software, Systems, Mechanical, Operations, and Quality.
  • Perform circuit analysis and simulation using Python or MATLAB.
  • Manage design tradeoffs on performance, risk, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Manage vendor relationships and lead technical reviews.
  • Lead activities related to IEC 60601 testing and write engineering studies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of design and development experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with Design for PCB manufacturability, assembly, and testability.
  • Proficiency in using Lab Tools such as Oscilloscopes and Data Loggers.
  • Experience with UART, USB, I2C, and SPI.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of effective teamwork within a cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Experience with motors, sensors, batteries, microcontrollers, RF, analog, and digital components.
  • Experience with PCB and Schematic Design Software (Altium Designer Preferred).
