Breakfast Server

As a Breakfast Server at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Galveston, you will be responsible for preparing the breakfast bar for hotel guests while providing exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up the buffet area with a variety of food and beverage options
• Ensure the buffet area is well-stocked and replenished throughout the morning
• Maintain a clean and organized buffet area, including disposing of used plates and utensils
• Perform side work as required, including cleaning and restocking the buffet area
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Current Food Handler's certificate or ServSafe certification
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
