Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Job Summary:

This is a local contract position that requires a Certified Surgical Technologist to work in a fast-paced surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and supplies
  • Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the operating room
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Surgical Technologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain aseptic conditions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
