Job Title: Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at a hospital in Austin, Texas. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Job Summary:

This is a travel Surgical Technologist position that requires a high level of expertise and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, ensuring proper equipment is sterilized and available, and providing pre, during, and post-op assistance.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures, ensuring they are properly positioned and prepared for the operation.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment is sterilized and available for the procedure.
  • Provide pre, during, and post-op assistance to the surgical team, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Requirements:
  • Surgical Tech National Certificate
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 2 years of relevant experience
