Advanced Practice Registered Nurse

As a Nurse Practitioner with YesCare, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in a correctional setting. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care, while also adhering to established policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine and emergency medical care to patients, including sick call, chronic care, and emergency treatment.
Conduct daily visits to the infirmary, documenting patient encounters and providing necessary care.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account patient needs and medical history.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including sentinel event review and utilization review.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current licensure to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the facility is located.
Certification in the scope of practice.
Ability to maintain current CPR certification.
Background check, security clearance, and drug screening required.
