Job Summary

Collaborate with all Prevea providers to manage patients or families regarding prevention, early identification, and treatment of mental or emotional problems. Assess and manage patients referred to behavioral care to facilitate access to appropriate services. Provide ongoing direct psychotherapy and family therapy. Involvement in education and consultation programs for the community and Prevea employees. Participation in the development and implementation of programming. Assess and manage patients referred to Behavioral Care to facilitate access to appropriate services.

Education Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required.
Experience Qualifications
  • Experience working with low-income clients is required.
Skills and Abilities
  • Knowledge of community resources is essential.
Licenses and Certifications
  • WI licensed as a psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, professional counselor, or psychiatric nurse is required upon hire.
  • Medicaid outpatient certification is required upon hire.
  • CPS/BLS Certification Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from an approved program or Prevea-sponsored program is required upon hire.
