Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of internal and external resources, including sales, clinical, and technical staff.
- Site Readiness: Ensure site readiness and coordinate with hospital project managers or points of contact to ensure successful project execution.
- Travel: Travel up to 75% of the time within the district, covering Central Alabama and South Georgia.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management and IT integration within a healthcare environment, preferably in areas such as healthcare information technology, patient monitoring, telemetry, and nursing informatics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combined experience/education in clinical or computer science, information technology, or project management.
- Leadership Skills: Robust leadership skills, paired with the ability to influence across all project resources/stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Certification: Hold the applicable PMI certification per role/level, required for all employees hired/re-hired into the CPM role.
- Authorization: Be authorized to work in the US, with no sponsorship required for a work-authorized visa.
- Residency: Reside in or within the Central Alabama or South Georgia area, with travel up to 75% in the market.
