About the Role:
The Coordinator of Examination Services plays a pivotal role in the Enrollment Management & Student Services team, delivering essential support in enrollment, admissions, and academic information to students, prospective students, staff, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the scheduling, administration, and proctoring of a diverse array of assessments, including placement tests and standardized exams.
- Facilitate necessary testing accommodations to ensure equitable access for all candidates.
- Maintain accurate and effective records throughout the student lifecycle.
- Engage in college committees and professional meetings to contribute to institutional goals.
- Foster strong working relationships with faculty, staff, and external educational institutions.
- Ensure compliance with proctoring standards and institutional policies.
- Communicate placement scores to students and provide guidance as needed.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking abilities. Experience in a community college environment, particularly with diverse student populations, is preferred. Familiarity with major ERP systems is advantageous, and bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
