  • Warmly welcomes both walk-in and phone guests, identifying their needs and interests while adhering to NbC's service standards to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of our cake offerings, including distinctions in size and flavor, pricing, special promotions, and additional retail items.
  • Recommends supplementary products such as balloons, candles, and greeting cards to enhance the celebration experience.
  • Efficiently processes guest orders using the point-of-sale system and encourages guests to join the NbC Email Club for exclusive promotions.
