Job Title: Sales Engineer - Water Treatment Specialist

Join Garratt-Callahan Co as a Sales Engineer - Water Treatment Specialist and play a key role in driving business growth in the water treatment industry. As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to understand their water treatment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate customers on the benefits of our water treatment products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to ensure Garratt-Callahan Co remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
