Job Summary:

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee key administrative functions, including financial management, resource allocation, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, financial management, and resource planning, with a keen eye for process improvements and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Manage and oversee key administrative functions, including financial management, resource allocation, and overall business operations.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas for operational improvement and suggest strategies to optimize efficiency across departments.
  • Revenue Reporting: Prepare and analyze detailed revenue reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance to business needs.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead budgeting activities and forecast revenue and resource demands to align with business objectives.
  • Opportunity Pipeline and Bookings: Maintain and monitor the opportunity pipeline, tracking bookings and ensuring smooth flow from lead to delivery.
  • Cost Optimization: Develop and implement cost optimization models for projects, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management with expertise in financial administration, people supply management, and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in preparing and interpreting revenue reports.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize project cost models and manage opportunity pipelines.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
