Arcade Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Arcade Attendant at Great Wolf Resorts. As a key member of our Attractions team, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience in our arcade and other attractions.

• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests to ensure a memorable experience
• Operate arcade games and attractions, ensuring proper maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and daily reporting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to operating procedure guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old for Ropes Course operations)
• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility regarding scheduling
• Previous customer service experience and basic math skills
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen

• Previous experience in a similar role or industry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal direction
• Previous experience with cash transactions and Point of Sale systems

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and climb multiple flights of stairs
• Ability to bend, twist, and stretch
• Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
