Arcade Attendant

At Great Wolf Lodge, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Arcade Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our Family Entertainment Center, you'll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

• Communicate with guests for transactions, registration, and orders
• Educate guests on attraction safety guidelines and proper equipment use
• Maintain the daily operation of attractions, including game maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ensure customer satisfaction and safety while participating in attractions
• Assist with merchandising functions, including display and store design, inventory receiving, and stocking
• Perform cash-handling functions, including point-of-sale systems and daily reporting

• Must be at least 16 years old (18 years old for Ropes Course)
• Some high school education or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven customer service skills and communication skills
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
