Mortgage Connect is seeking a skilled Client Advocacy Specialist to join our team. As a Client Advocacy Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Complete closing protection letters and conduct bankruptcy and patriot searches
- Assist the Scheduling Team with scheduling closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys
- Coordinate customized mailings throughout the transaction, including welcome notes and thank-you letters
- Assist the Scanning/Shipping Team as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High-school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service focus
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to multitask
- Familiarity with computers, including online searching and typing
