As Chief Business Intelligence Architect, you'll design, develop, implement, maintain, and improve sophisticated data science initiatives across business units, directly aligning with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality outcomes, ensure seamless integration of innovations into business operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, training, and implementing machine learning algorithms
  • Building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning algorithms, interface endpoints, and back-end data infrastructure for digital products
  • Performing data mining, exploration, and time series analysis
  • Designing machine learning and advanced analytics solutions, algorithms, and cloud architectures needed to satisfy product features and functionality defined by product owners and other stakeholders in a production environment
  • Working in all phases of the software development life cycle, including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, technical design, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, data migration, and support
  • Assisting in integrating subsystems such as data pipelines, AI/ML algorithms, API interfaces into end-user-facing products
  • Participating in daily scrums, working with Scrum Masters and QA Teams on projects, and supporting delivery timelines and priorities
  • Organizing and prioritizing individual workload with Scrum Teams through story pointing
  • Creating detailed documentation describing methodology, relevant instructions, and test results
  • Finding, analyzing, and fixing bugs and performance problems whenever and wherever they may occur

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have supervisory responsibilities, leading and managing data science projects, including workflow management and priority setting, to ensure timely delivery of projects with high-quality outcomes. A proven track record of recruiting, training, and retaining a skilled data science team, identifying talent gaps, and addressing them is also essential.

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or AWS Certified Machine Learning, are advantageous but not required.
