Job Summary

ATI Government Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Contract Manager to support the attainment of business objectives through specialized support in the structuring, negotiating, and monitoring of domestic and international contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency supplements.
  • Manage subcontracting functions, including negotiating and authoring subcontracts, modifications, and correspondence with subcontractors.
  • Lead or assist with negotiations of scope, complexity, cost, and price.
  • Manage company compliance filings, including representations and certifications in the System for Awards Management (SAM).
  • Work within Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) definitions and guidelines in the FAR.
  • Author, negotiate, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and Contractor Teaming Arrangements.
  • Track and report to senior management and executives on contract timeframes, deliverables, scope, and ceiling/funding.
  • Serve as liaison between contractors and government auditing entities (e.g., DCAA, DCMA, etc.).
  • Manage compliance with General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules per FAR Part 38.
  • Manage contractor compliance with government systems, such as Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS).
  • Conduct annual self-assessments for IDIQ awards, Multiple Award Contracts (MACs), and Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
  • Study to obtain Subject Matter Expertise (SME-level knowledge) in acquisition regulations for new contracts.
  • Process all types of contractual documents, including award documentation, modifications, amendments, correspondence, subcontracts, agreements, Memorandums Of Understanding, and other contractually significant documentation.
  • Provide initial review, evaluation, and approval of complex bids/proposals and contracts.
  • Ensure bids/proposals and contracts align with company business practices, pricing strategies, business goals, and margin objectives.
  • Resolve complex business and legal problems and issues.
  • Structure, draft, and negotiate complex agreements/contracts between company and customers/partners.
  • Advise and train sales, professional services, operations organizations, and others on business practices and contractual issues.
  • Develop practices and approaches to complex problems and issues requiring research, creativity, and development of new approaches for evolving business.
  • Administer, manage, and communicate contracts from sales cycle through delivery, including approval of business and legal terms, contract activation, contact imaging, and contract database.
  • Provide front-end expertise to internal and external customers on transaction structuring and drafting as it impacts administrability, payment, and repayment mechanisms, covenant and security administration, and post-signing risk mitigation.
  • Oversee maintenance of contract files and database.
  • Provide necessary reports and project status information to management and other appropriate staff.
  • Hire and supervise contract specialists, coordinate training and development of staff.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and oversight of subordinates; actively work to promote and recognize performance.
  • Keep up to date on overall activities of the team, identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
