Job Summary: As a Marketing Trainee at Sampson Construction, you will acquire practical experience in a vibrant and fast-paced setting.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to assist in essential initiatives, including:

Proposal Development:
Aid in crafting persuasive proposals that highlight our strengths and secure new projects.

Marketing Materials:
Design and produce visually appealing brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Advertising Campaigns:
Assist in the implementation of advertising strategies across various channels.

Market Analysis:
Evaluate industry trends and competitor tactics to guide our marketing strategies.

Social Media Management:
Contribute to managing our social media channels and creating engaging content.

Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Design, or a related discipline.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Technical writing abilities are advantageous.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Proven ability to think creatively and generate innovative concepts.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.

A genuine interest in the construction sector is a plus.
