**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Canvassing Team Lead to oversee all aspects of our canvassing efforts, including recruiting, training, and motivating a team of canvassers to generate leads and drive sales.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Train and Manage a Team of Canvassers:** Develop and implement strategies and scripts for reaching and engaging potential customers, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting their sales goals.
  • **Develop and Implement Canvassing Strategies:** Create and execute plans to maximize canvassing efforts, including identifying new markets and opportunities, and analyzing sales data to inform future strategies.
  • **Support Out in the Field:** Provide support and guidance to canvassers in the field, including addressing customer concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications:**

  • **2+ Years of Experience in Canvassing:** Proven track record of success in managing a canvassing team and driving sales growth.
  • **Strong Leadership and Communication Skills:** Ability to motivate and lead a team, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • **Industry Knowledge:** Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus, but not required.
