About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Encompass Health. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans
  • Implement and monitor nutritional care plans, adapting menus as needed
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information and progress in the medical record
  • Conduct calorie counts and provide recommendations for optimal nutrition
Requirements
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association
  • State licensure required
  • Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution with a major in Food & Nutrition
  • One year of Clinical Dietetics experience preferred
