Clinical Leadership Specialist

This leadership role provides strategic guidance to medical practice sites, driving patient safety and clinical quality. The LVN Supervisor is responsible for implementing policies and processes that assess, train, and drive clinical competence and positive patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Maintains competency in technical procedures and clinical assessment skills, serving as a role model for staff.
- Performs treatments and screening tests as required, ensuring patient understanding and minimizing anxiety or discomfort.
- Maintains confidentiality and ensures patient safety at all times, using effective communication skills to convey ideas.
- Coordinates with clinic programs to ensure projects and assignments are coordinated as necessary with associates.
- Promotes the development of non-professional nursing associates using teaching and role modeling techniques.
- Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with 2 years Leadership experience
- LVN License in state of employment or compact
