Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walgreens, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a high-performing pharmacy team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Experience: Provide empathetic and personalized care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations: Oversee the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including prescription filling, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth, including expanding services and improving patient engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of pharmacy experience, including prescription filling, recordkeeping, and pharmacy operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Supervisory Experience: Proven leadership experience, including planning, organizing, and directing the work of pharmacy staff.
  • Walgreens Experience: At least 6 months of experience working with Walgreen Co.
