Customer Experience Specialist

At Zeal Optics, we believe that work is more than just a job - it's a way to connect with others and make a meaningful impact. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet customers warmly and professionally, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Zeal Goggles and Sunglasses, providing expert knowledge and advice to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Stay up-to-date on the entire Zeal product line, including technology, lenses, materials, and use.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, restocking merchandise, and adhering to company standards.
  • Process sales and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the leadership team to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store security and protect company assets by following loss prevention procedures.
  • Participate in marketing projects and contribute to the success of the store as a team player.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate with at least 1 year of college.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant and approachable personality.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new situations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and logic skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to utilize a PC and other technology.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of business settings.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and holidays.

Pay: $19/hour
