Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Aviation & Federal Global Practice. This role will lead civil engineering design projects for various clients, including commercial aviation, federal government, military, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering design, project management, and leadership, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead civil engineering design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior engineers and designers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in civil engineering design, project management, and leadership, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • PE license in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of standard engineering techniques and procedures, with proficiency in essential computer programs, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Autodesk Civil 3D.
